About Treehouse Childrenswear

Welcome to the Treehouse family from Kim & Sophie.  We are sisters who’s mindset is that shopping with the family can be fun for all. We set up our Edinburgh based shop in May 2012 and have loved every part of watching your families grow from those first steps to starting school and beyond.

We are a destination that provides the best kids shoes, clothing, gifts and hairdressing for ages 0-8.  Our ethos is to provide a personal service which complements our professional knowledge about shoe fitting, kid’s haircuts and the best brands on the market.

Kim and Sophie are both qualified to ensure your child has the best fit of footwear and have been accredited through the Society of Shoe Fitters.  We invest such experience, through huge amounts of coaching, to the rest of our Treehouse family so we are all providing the same level of service no matter who you interact with. As qualified shoe fitters we always recommend having shoes fitted by a shoe fitter but we also know that in today’s busy world it’s not always possible.  That’s why we want to provide as much information and video’s on our site, so you can be confident that your child is comfortable in their new shoes and your child is focused on exploring the world.

The same professionalism is applied to our hairdressing service.  We only recruit qualified hairdressers who are fabulous (and patient) with children.  From first haircuts, as young as 6 months old, up to 8 years of age – we make it a fun experience with our car chairs, DVDs and rewards at the end. We have families who travel from all over for this unique experience so please remember to book in advance.
