Delivery Information

We will refund any item(s) purchased at Treehouse when the item(s) are returned within 30 days, as new, (unworn and returned with their original packaging, including the original tags). This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are returning shoes, please place them in the box or another box/bag. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

There is no need to let us know before you return your item/s however please include a note that includes your name, order number, and reason for return and wrap it in a secure package for postage.

The goods are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend in all cases you acquire a proof of postage and used insured delivery service.

We will refund the price you paid for your item(s), back to your original payment method. No postage will be refunded at this stage.

We will not be held responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

You may wish to return your items to our Edinburgh store. We can only offer a credit note or an exchange in store within 30 days of receiving your original order, you will need to provide either the invoice or order confirmation.

If you require a refund, you can leave your item/s with the store manager/supervisor with your paperwork and you will be refunded through the website to the same method of payment originally used.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at:

You will need to provide clear photo evidence via email. In some cases the faulty item may need to be returned to us for further inspection, we will cover the cost of this delivery.
Original postage paid will only be refunded if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or you return your order completed within the ‘cooling off period’ of original purchase. In these instances we would refund you the standard delivery amount only.

PROCESSING REFUNDS

We aim to refund you within 5 working days of receiving the parcel of the item(s).

RETURNING GIFTS

If you have received one of our products as a gift and it does not fit or is faulty/damaged, you can take your item(s) to our local Stockbridge, Edinburgh store.

We can offer an exchange for the same price or more, or offer you a store credit note. No refunds will be given on gifts, unless refunded directly to the purchaser’s card. The purchaser will then be notified by email.

EXCHANGES

In order to exchange an item, you must return it in saleable condition within 30 days of receiving your original order. Goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them so please ensure you acquire a proof of postage and use an insured delivery service.

We will send out the new exchange item once we receive the return of the original item. We will email you to confirm when this has been completed.

You are able to return to our store for exchanges within 30 days of receiving your original order, you will need to provide either the invoice/delivery note or order confirmation.

Items which are purchased in our store can only be exchanged in store and will require the original proof of purchase to do so.

If we receive your item outside the 30 day period, or if the product does not reach us in saleable condition, then an exchange or a voucher to the value or part value of those goods may be issued at the discretion of Treehouse.

CLICK & COLLECT

The click and collect service allows you to purchase you item/s on our website and pick them up in our Stockbridge store during opening hours.

Please allow one working day for our team to read you order and organise your items. The team will call or email you when the order is ready for collection.

PLEASE bring along your order conformation AND a proof of ID.
If your items have not been collected within 30 days, we will refund your items in full.
