Next day delivery (orders received before 12pm can be sent next day) – Royal Mail – £10.00

Standard (3-5 working days) – My Hermes – FREE on all orders over £40 or more

Standard (3-5 working days) – My Hermes – £2.50 for orders under £40


Standard postage (5-7 working days) – Courier- £10 delivery

  • Fast or free shipping is not included in European and worldwide shipping.
  • Standard and international shipping lead times can change over busy periods and holidays such as Bank Holidays, Christmas, black Friday, back to school and sale periods.
  • Orders sent through courier or royal mail will require a signature on receipt. Our rates include postage, packing and insurance. If you are out when the postman attempts delivery, he or she will normally leave a calling card to inform you that they have tried to deliver that day. Your goods will then be taken to your local post office or depot for you to collect or arrange for re-delivery.
  • You can deliver your items to a different address to your billing address by amending the delivery address in the checkout pages.

The click and collect service allows you to purchase items on the website and pick them up in our Stockbridge store completely free.

Please allow one working today for our team to read your order and pack your items. Your items will be placed into a bag or if it’s a large package it will be placed into a box. The team will call you when the order is ready for collection.

Please have your order confirmation and proof of ID.

If your items haven’t been collected within 28 days of purchase, we will refund your items in full.


This service can only be done from Monday – Thursday (excluding Friday and weekends). We can only guarantee next day delivery if the item is posted before 12pm.  If you place your order after this time, your parcel will be shipped on the next working day.

If we cannot fulfil this service you will be contacted by a member of our Treehouse team.


Our standard shipping is delivered through My Hermes which can take up to 5 working days on their normal service. Please note busy retail periods such as Bank Holidays, sale, black Friday, back to school and Christmas can make delivery times a little longer.

My Hermes will either text or e-mail you to confirm the status of the delivery. Please ensure someone is there to sign for your package or put in a safe place.  My Hermes will attempt to deliver your parcel three times and if delivery couldn’t be made the item will return back to their depot.

Once your item has been dispatched we are unable to change your shipping address.

Please note that shipping cannot be made to the channel islands, PO boxes and BFPO locations.


Our courier service will deliver your package up to 7 working days.  Please note busy retail periods and holidays such as sale, black Friday, back to school, bank holidays and Christmas can make delivery times longer.

All items will be tracked. Please ensure someone will be in to collect the package. If you miss the delivery your package will be sent to your local depot and await collection for a certain amount of time. If the parcel is not collected, your package for return to us.   


If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt.  We do not currently offer a free returns service for any of our delivery options.

All items must be returned in a new, unworn condition with their original tags still attached. Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original box. Treehouse will not accept returns of items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

Please follow the returns procedure below: 

  • Wrap your item securely in the packaging of your choice along with a note of your name and address.
  • Take the package to your local post office, making sure you retain your certificate of postage.  The cost of returning this parcel is your responsibility.
  • A refund or exchange will then be issued upon the satisfactory receipt of the item.

If you require a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Refunds will be made within 7 days of the date we receive your returned item.

The above policy applies to web purchases only. 

If you would like to exchange a web purchase in one of our shops within 28 days of receipt, please bring along your order confirmation and we will be happy to help you find a replacement. If you would like a refund, you can leave your item and your paperwork with a shop assistant, and you will be refunded through the web.

We regret that we are unable to offer web refunds in our stores.
